As His Majesty has been absent for quite some time now, and isn't responding to mobile phone text messages, i fear he may be taking a break from our dear hobby. This being the case Bosworth cannot simply do nothing on the off-chance he's coming back, but we shouldn't push him off the throne just yet either . Therefore in the interests of keeping things turning over until we know for sure exactly what's happening; i have (with a degree of regret i'd rather not go into) declared myself regent of the Kingdom. Essentially i'll assume the executive power of the King while His Majesty is away and we shall decide exactly what is to be done when we see if His Majesty comes back. Yours faithfully, His Grace Duke Jeremy of Gascony Regent of Bosworth

I'm by no means King, not for lack of trying on His Majesty's part i might add , but if we don't have someone wielding royal power in his absence we can't pass any laws or essentially do anything. As bas as it seems i cant see any other way around it, unless you have any ideas?

I was just joking. No, I haven't got any better ideas. Hopefully the situation will remedy itself soon enough.
