As the more observant of us (me) will have noticed there's currently something of a controversy going on about our neighbours Ocia who, for whatever reason, have decided to heavily censor opposition to their government using mod powers. Therefore, as commander of the armed forces, i have declared that no Ocian ship shall be allowed to pass into either end of the Hamble River. Further intervention at some point may occur, just to let you know

The blockade imposed by the Kingdom of Bosworth is still in effect I believe. The situation in the nation I represent, Your Lordship and Your Majesty, has somewhat stabilized with a stalemate being reached between the rebels and the remnant of the Ocian Federation headed by the President Kieran Henson and myself as Prime Minister. Therefore, I humbly submit the following treaty for you consideration:

I would still rather the military vessels were also led by tugs, as i dont wish to disclose the details of the blockade unless 100% neccisery

That will be the case, Your Lordship. Military ships will not travel in convoys is what I meant.
