It is the policy of many counties to restrict the entry of tourists to the areas inside and around military bases to prevent their secret weapons being revealed. My question therefore is: Should Bosworth impose a no-go-zone around our military bases or doesn't it matter that much? Although we have no particularly secret weapons, numbers can also be estimated through the observation of a base.
Should we have a civilian exclusion zone? If so, how wide should it be?

I think that during times of peace and no visible threat, they be open to civilians (but with more dangerous and confidential areas off limits with guards posted for obvious reasons), in times of threat perhaps close them to people who cannot prove their citizenship and have guards protolling about a mile around it and during times of war perhaps constant surveillance, closed to members of the public, with an exclusion zone of lets say 1/2-1 mile.

Proof of citizenship if ok, but not if we have a traitor. Also, enemies could base attacks on information gathered on our military before hand.

Well, that's why I mentioned times of threat. At the moment, we have no enemies - but later we might so we'd employ what I detailed above as actions for times of threat.
As for traitors... I don't know what to do about that.
