In the event that one side becomes grossly overpopulated by participants, what shall be done in order to ensure equality.
By means of example...
if Bosworth had 5 participants, Batavia 3, and Stormark 3, and this is to be some kind of three-way war (as it had been described to me), then it won't be all that balanced, now would it?
