It has recently been reported that multiple cases of the dreaded blackdeath (plague) have been identified in the southern provinces of the Kingdom; particularly St Paul's and West Kesteven. Therefore the following action is to be taken: - All Children, defined as being those under the age of 16, severely ill or elderly residents and any carers are to be evacuated to the Duchy of Gascony to avoid infection.
- St Paul's enclave and the province of West Kesteven are to be evacuated at once of all individuals who clear medical screening for the disease. Residents of these areas are to be settled in refugee camps in the Shenton Wold and on Wakefield Island.
- Major settlements are to be patrolled by the armed forces to prevent looting and criminal damage by any remaining civilians.
These measures are to be carried out immediately and shall continue until further notice. Thank you.
