Royal Decree: National Mourning

[King Alfred]

Where as this afternoon my father, King Wentworth, was killed in an unfortunate hunting accident, I do hereby proclaim that there will be a period of National Mourning.

Furthermore my coronation shall mark the end of this period of mourning and shall occur on the 26th September 2008.
