Ducal Decree I
To all persons, both Noble and Common to whom these Presents shall come, Greetings:
WHEREAS We are of the opinion that clear provisions concerning succession to the office of Duke of Gascony would contribute significantly to the Peace, Stability and Prosperity of Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Gascony;
AND WHEREAS it is meet that Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Gascony should be cemented into a Ruling House that is Stable and Peaceful as well as Prosperous;
AND WHEREAS the Illustrious, Glorious and Most Distinguished Ruling House known within the Micronational World as the House of Ettlingar Freyu is one the most Stable, Peaceful and Prosperous Ruling Houses of the said Micronational World ever;
AND WHEREAS it is Our Ducal Wish and Desire to secure a Peaceful, Stable and Prosperous Future for Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Gascony; LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that We, Harald of Ettlingar Freyu, Duke of Gascony, Lord of Isle St. Jean, do by this Our Ducal Instrument, in the exercise of Our Most Ancient Prerogative Ducal, decree that:
Ein. The office of Duke of Gascony shall from henceforth be hereditary within the Membership of the Bosworthian Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu with eternal exclusion of any and all others.
Tveir. The Membership of the Bosworthian Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu shall, upon the coming into effect of this Our Ducal Instrument, be composed of the following persons:
Harald of Ettlingar Freyu; and
Elisabeth of Ettlingar Freyu.
Thrír. The Bosworthian Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu may also be referred to as the Gasconian Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu.
Fjórir. The Order of Succession to the office of Duke of Gascony shall be determined by the Laws of the House of Ettlingar Freyu.
Fimm. All other matters concerning the Membership of the Bosworthian Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu shall be determined by the Laws of the House of Ettlingar Freyu.
Sétt. This Our Ducal Instrument shall come into effect immediately.

Ducal Decree II
To all persons, both Noble and Common, to whom these Presents shall come, Greetings:
WHEREAS Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Gascony currently does not have an Official Calendar;
AND WHEREAS it is Our Most Ducal Opinion that the Asgard Calendar would be a fitting and proper Official Calendar for Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Gascony;
LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that We, Harald of Ettlingar Freyu, Duke of Gascony, Count of Wintergleam, do by this Our Ducal Instrument, in the exercise of Our Most Ancient Prerogative Ducal, decree that:
Ein. The Asgard Calendar shall from henceforth be, for all intents and purposes, the Official Calendar of Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Gascony.
Tveir. This Our Ducal Instrument shall come into effect immediately.
